![]() ![]() Can you give me specific, repeatable steps? Or rather, it would be best to put those into the Help Center Request. Mention in your report that you would like to return the purchase if it cannot be resolved. More voices = more attention, and frankly, I don't have a dog in this game other than wanting folks to be able to play games without frustration. I'll make a report of this, but you should as well. I can confirm that this is not behaving as expected. And in one case, the powers refused to be dragged at all. ) EDIT: I was eventually able to get the sheet to stop accepting drops. Nevertheless, if you don't file the report, the wait time is of course, infinite. That is something that the team should be able to answer for you without a potentially longer wait. I cannot speak for Roll20, but I would assume that if you have reported a problem in those 15 days, you have a good case for a return even if it takes longer to resolve. ![]() That extra step is likely what takes time, and occurs in more difficult cases. There's an XP team that can handle most normal issues, but very complex ones are usually assigned to a dev or dev team. Response time can vary, depending on the nature of the problem. I created a blank PC, and dragged Amplify Ability, Acid Spray and Beguile (all rank 1) onto it in succession. No idea what's causing this but I thought it was relevant enough to note. I realized there was a pattern, when I add a second rank one power it will reject the input but when I do anything else like add a rank 3 power or add two prime powers in a row it will accept them. And I found out something rather curious, at first I thought it was just that specific sheet that was having problems so I tried another one and it worked but then when I created a new sheet it stopped working again. So it is most likely either a procedural error or a case of game or character corruption. FWIW, I just created a Esper Genesis character/game and was able to drag and drop without issue. If it's all of them, then yeah, gathering a Console Log ( Chrome, Firefox ) to include in your Help Center Request is probably the best course.
